Good running shoes and high arches?

I started jogging about 4-5 weeks and I go between 2-4 times a week, basically whenever the weather. 2 weeks ago I realized About inside my knee injury, and on the other foot, the outside of my foot hurts, near the ankle. My knee feels better, but the outside of his right foot still hurts when I run, or even on foot. I have been using a pair of Nike Shox running, but I was wondering if maybe this could be the reason My ankle / foot have been injured? I have a high arch, so if someone could suggest a good shoe for that too would be great!

You're right the shox sneakers are casual only. Go to store in your local specialty running and deal with these models.
