Running Shoes Gait

Has changing my ride was the top of my foot sore?
I was left with a strike-up operation on the heel for the time I have been in operation (one year). Then I started running barefoot for a week and be among the first of my offer and went away on foot. The following week I changed my style of running shoes to a more efficient strike midfoot, and now the top of my right foot hurts. Could it be because of the change? When to go? "Thanks! Thanks Sol!
I think so. The top of my foot hurt for a few runs when I changed to a strike midfoot, but luckily left on their own (for me it was about 2 weeks or so, running 3-4 times per week). I loosen the laces a bit more if you and I think that made the difference. It best run with a strike midfoot is not plantar fasciitis, shin or knee problems. Keep at it and see it will run faster with less effort.
