How long does it take for a person to use in orthodics in your running shoes?

I've had in my orthopedic shoes run the last 10 days and that takes the pain in my legs, but the bottom of my feet hurt now. How long before they meet they've been walking in my orthodics to try to meet them

it takes a few weeks give a garentee months and ill be going away. I thought this was bad at first also, but your foot is really not learning to relax and not press against the orthodic. Do not worry about that. Just remember to be gone soon
