Running shoes to help prevent leg cramps?

Is there any make or model of shoe specifically to help with cramps legs? I always seem to go up and thought it might be a good shoe out there to help

hey man, could have many causes different for leg cramps, but I’ll start with a problem on the shoes. Shoes can play an important role in preventing leg cramps, damping and dampers are essential. The best shoe of preventing shin splints would be New Balance. Saucony are good too. Besides the shoes are there other steps you can take to help prevent stretch and stretch 1.stretch 2. Ice 20 minutes b4 run and 20-30 minutes after ’3. Do not more than one step while running also which helped enormously, something called a halo-heeled. It is a mattress that you put in your shoe at the heel and that helps to add extra padding. Sorry I have a carry little but I had the same problem and did a lot of research on it. FEEL BETTER! (Y ibuprofen can also stop inflammation and pain)
