Anyone with experience of pain in the arch of the foot when walking?

Anywhere Camino 35-50 minutes every day. I am flat feet. Lately I have been experiencing a sharp pain in one of my feet where the arch should be. Any idea or suggestion on what to do. I just came out today to buy an arch support of my shoes, but do not know what else to do?

Arch support is a good start, you can also do some exercises as described in the following link. The cause most common arch pain is plantar fasciitis. Plantar fasciitis involves inflammation of the plantar fascia – the fibrous band of tissue connecting the heel bone to fingers. A person with arch pain is usually inflammation of the tissues of the midfoot. Weird Pronation question?

When I walk, I over pronation. When I run I do not pronate, is this normal or weird? I use 680 new balance running shoes.

I am an "over-pronate FROR 'running and walking, and went to the physiotherapist to get braces. they are quite expensive, but definitley definitley definitley worth it!

I wear heels, but I have flat feet … Any suggestions?

I've been wearing orthotics since January in flat shoes and just yesterday tried to carry two-inch heeled sandals yesterday (1 / 4 higher than said I could use. My arms are killing me today! I know I should not take heels at all, but I love them! Are there cures and remedies for flat feet? Anything that can bring high-heeled sandals that helps?

One of my friends have flat feet. She uses only high heels that are wider. Even hurt, but I just used to it. You may want to give the new insoles for shoes high heels a chance … I do not know if this helps or not.
