How I can get used to walking in heels for the winter?
If for some reason I would love to wear heels this winter. What Heel type should I start out and what type of shoe? Like the shoe covers the entire foot or what is important or what?
If not used to wear heels, I would suggest a lower heel start. One that covers the whole foot, not so open toe, I like to wear nice shoes with heels, and boots that have a little more ankle support.

4-6 oz. Salmon Fillets
1 lemon
1 tablespoon oat bran
1 ½ teaspoon dill
½ teaspoon thyme leaves
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 lemon
1 teaspoon paprika
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oat bran, dill, thyme, onion powder and paprika. Sprinkle over salmon fillets. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Place ham in a pan and rub with mustard. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of brown sugar. apple core and cut into thin slices. Cover the ham with apple slices and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Add the apple juice. Cooking 300 F (150 C) for 30 minutes or until tender. YIELD: 4-5 servings. Time: 40 minutes.

Vegan chocolate cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached white flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon to taste (optional)
1 cup vegan chocolate chips
1 cup organic sugar
1 / 2 cup canola oil or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 / 4 cup water
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix in chocolate chips. Make a well in the center bowl and set aside.
In a medium size bowl mix vegan sugar and oil. Add vanilla and add water. Be sure to mix well. Add the wet to the dry well. Spoon mixture over ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
Remove and place them on wire cooling racks. Nearly two dozen cookies.

Apple Juice Punch. 2 quarts apple juice. 2 quarts cranberry juice. Lemon juice 8 oz. Sugar 8 oz. 2 bottles ginger beer. Combine everything except the ginger ale. Stir well. Add ginger ale plus chunks of ice before serving.
Cocktail Apple. ½ oz apple brandy. ½ oz of apple cider. Gin ¼ oz. ¼ oz brandy. Shake with ice cubes. Strain into cocktail glass cold.
