I was at school the other day and saw a member of the local police department walk to the main office. He was not in uniform, was nothing more than a collared shirt that said "Orlando Police Department, along with jeans (or pants tactical, I can not remember), and normal shoes. What I'm asking is, do only certain jobs always require the use of the uniform? Or are there special cirumstances when they have to take it?
