I walk a lot in my job, wear good supportive shoes, but every home with a swollen ankle.?

Im 55, no fluid retention anywhere .. help it hurts. I soak in Epsom salts, apply ice or any other ideas?

If you walk a lot, then it may be related with venous insufficiency. Try wearing compression stockings (you can get a prescription from your doctor) or go to a pharmacy and buy one yourself. Make sure it is at least 20-30 mm Hg. This could prevent swelling. Also each time you are not walking try to set foot on a chair or stool if possible.
