Walking Shoes Overpronation

The cause of pain in my foot?
I've had this pain in my left (larger) foot for about 4 days now. I am a runner and run around 4 miles a day. I have new shoes two weeks, the stability of my mild pronation. The pain is near my midfoot, as in the bone of my finger big foot (kind of in the middle of my big toe and 2nd toe). It does not hurt unless I'm walking with shoes, sandals and tennis shoes. Not too sweet when pressed, but I can feel a little pressure. I tried lacing the shoes of another way, running in different place, and not to use shoe laces at all. But it seems that a combination of operating pressure and is equal to pain. I have my own opinion on it: pre-stress fracture. But I'm not sure how bad hurt her. I'm still running, if it hurts a lot that i wouldnt be able to walk? Ligitan Any opinions?
This could be any number of things. Yes you could have a stress fracture, but I think it is more likely to be a neuroma is a collection of tissue along the nerve. Also could be a fallen metatarsal. X-rays could only say with certainty what you think.
